The skill assessment received positive feedback from candidates after usage and was typically completed within 2-3 days. The results helped Rheincruiters to focus on the right candidates, significantly speeding up the overall time-to-hire process while reducing the effort required for assessments and interviews by 3x. Moreover, the results were shared with hiring managers, who confirmed the test outcomes. This boosted recruiters' confidence and enabled them to understand candidates' potential impressions on hiring managers before forwarding their profiles.",
